Lament, Repent, Forgive:
Lenten Journey of Hope
Our Lenten journey invites us to live our lives of righteousness: being in right relationship with God, with family and neighbor, and with the earth. We travel as a community of faith caring for each and every one of us.
On our St. Columba Sankofa Journey this year, we are taking from the richness of our Black and Catholic traditions: from
the Adrinka symbol, Dwennimmen - 'Humily Together with Strength', emphazing that even the strong need to be humble.
During Lent we strive, more than ever, to be strong - yet humble and live our baptism as disciples and defenders of the
marvelous works of the LORD among all the holy people of God.
